Container Ownership & Safety: All water jars, caps, and containers remain the exclusive property of BN Water. Customers are strictly responsible for maintaining empty jars in safe, undamaged, and uncontaminated condition. Damaged, scratched, or lost jars will be billed at full replacement cost.
Delivery Timelines: Mentioned delivery timings are approximate. BN Water reserves the full right to adjust schedules due to vehicle breakdowns, severe weather, heavy traffic, or road repair without any claim or penalty.
Safe Premises Access: Customers must ensure unobstructed and safe access for delivery staff. Deliveries for floors without operating lift facilities will be fulfilled strictly at the ground floor / reception point.
Container Use Restriction: Customers are strictly prohibited from filling BN Water containers with borewell, tap water, or chemical liquids. Violation will result in immediate cancellation of service and forfeiture of containers.
Right of Refusal & Service Modification: BN Water reserves the absolute right to suspend, cancel, or reject water supply to any customer or area due to abusive conduct, unsafe delivery routes, or logistical constraints.
